July is a big month in the Kingdom! It is the 4 year anniversary for Treks and firework shows in Gateway, we celebrate Independence Day with a special event hosted by Freedom and as always, we cool off for a week with Christmas In July fun. This July, the Kingdom theme is Cinematic so let’s read the script to find out what the next 30 days hold…

The definition of “cinematic” is “relating to motion pictures” which means this month is all about The Movies Realm. Many of you have wondered what lies beyond the closed doors of the Red Stage and Purple Stage. This month you’ll be granted to opportunity to find out as we open the Red Stage on July 6th and the Purple Stage on July 20th! Yes, these stages are here to stay and will remain open after this theme is over. Hooray! More details about each of these stages will be revealed in later Newsletter posts, so stay tuned!

Independence Day is just around the corner and with it comes red, white and blue fun in the form of a week-long sale, login prize, special firework show and more. Freedom’s annual Independence Hall event holds a special treat for those of you who attend, so mark your calendars now!

During the week of the 25th, we’ll turn down the air conditioning and turn up the holiday tunes as the Kingdom celebrates Christmas in July with fun activities and items!  Ho ho ho…

Baird has been keeping a list of those of you who have yet to earn the Key to The Keep Badge and see the inside of The Keep. Each player who doesn’t already have this badge will be given two 12-day challenges to complete this month in order to earn their Badge. Check your messages to see what challenge Baird has given to you! Please take note that after this month, there will only be one more month where Baird will give players a chance to earn this special badge. It is important to earn this badge now!

The excitement is building as the clock counts down to The Palace Theater’s first-ever movie premiere! Yes, that’s right – The Palace Theater Event on the 30th will feature a short film that will play on the big screen of the theater! Countless hours over the past 16 months were put into making this treat for our community and we’re ecstatic to share it with you at last! Trust us, this is one event you simply cannot miss so mark your calendars – July 30th at 8 p.m. sharp!
