2014 has been quite a year in the Kingdom! The year started out with a MVK version of the board game – LIFE, followed by a grand Winter Olympics celebration, in February. An exciting Super Bowl event made many memories as the Kingdom gathered to cheer on both teams. March brought a brand-new Wiki and Sadie’s Adventure in Wonderland. RUS-T joined the Kingdom in April with a scavenger hunt during a theme with steampunk, Doctor Who and Back to the Future items. The Midway Realm debuted in May, bringing many new games, rides, and features. The H2OTEL re-opened in June with an all-new attraction, the Discovery cruise ship, a room-building challenge and a sneak peak into a Day in the Life of Freedom. National Parks and landmarks-themed mini golf courses were the highlight of July with a grand event showcasing each course and of course, MVK’s 1360th day. The skies were the limit in August as Star Port’s Cyan Line opened, taking passengers to Earth’s atmosphere for prizes. The 3rd annual My Town Fair was held in September with a World’s Fair theme and featured some creative rooms made for pavilion sponsors. October featured a new addition to the Mindyer Manor and the most anticipated event of the year – the Halloween Party. MVK’s 4th Anniversary was celebrated in November which was followed by December’s Christmas Jubilee, MVK’s 50th theme!
