July. What comes to mind when you hear that word? Here in the Kingdom, it brings amazing fireworks shows, an Americana One-Day Sale, the much-anticipated Freedom Event, Christmas in July week and so many wonderful memories of previous Julys!

In the process of deciding this month’s theme, we knew we wanted it to be Americana but in a uniquely new way. Our focus turned to the many, many U.S. National Parks and historic landmarks that can be visited across the country and so we welcome you to National Treasures month!

Wanting to incorporate these national treasures into a fun-filled event, we remembered how much everyone enjoyed playing the Mini Golf Event in May of 2012. Instead of us making the courses, we thought, why not let everyone create their own National Park-themed golf hole as a Best Game which we will link together to form one large course to play! And so we introduce the MVK Golf Challenge! The best-decorated room with the most creative hole design will win the Best Game Contest and be the first hole along the course during the event! On July 4th, we will have a One-Day Sale, an amazing fireworks show in Gateway and Freedom will be hosting her annual Independence Hall event. You don’t want to miss out on any of these fun 4th activities, so mark your calendars!

Take a week to escape the summer heat and join us for our annual Christmas in July celebration! Each day from July 20th-26th, we have fun holiday activities such as events, a Trek, sale and more. You’ll be singing holiday tunes all week long!

In addition to all of the activities that this month has to offer, there’s Treks, Missions, poll questions, contests, Dreams and more. This has been such a fun theme to create! We hope you enjoy it as well!
